We are seeking a bilingual HRBP to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR team and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs alongside leading HR practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Responsibilities Maintain HR data systems information in a timely manner Prepare various HR reports and analysis Manage the daily maintenance of the employee benefit plans, leaves of absence and permits Support Payroll and HR audits including monthly and year end as needed. Administer compensation and benefits programs Advise employees on questions related to HR policies and procedures Support the HR team in different company events and initiatives Support recruiting and staffing logistics Ensure employer/employee compliance to regulatory issues and reporting Participate in creating, implementation and development of different HR processes and good practices Manage performance management and introduce improvement systems Manage employee relations and protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations Help to monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction Assist in all HR related events as needed Stay aligned to Lutron's culture and values Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. At least 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of payroll related experience desirable. General HR functions knowledge. Knowledge and practical experience of Costa Rica labor legislation. Experience in HRIS and time and attendance tools Required Skills: Availability: 1st Shift - Monday to Saturday from 6am to 2pm Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound judgment and decision making, problem solving, flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and strong quality orientation Hands-on professional. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changes and absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Ability to influence, excellent follow through and organization skills Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment to accomplish goals while multitasking Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a customer-focused sense of urgency Ability to work different work schedules.
