HR Generalist - What You'll Do: As an HR Generalist based in Costa Rica, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and HR functions globally, aligning with our growth strategy and ensuring the continuity of HR services. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet the growing demands of our global SaaS company, enhancing our talent acquisition strategy and minimizing recruitment cycle times. Onboarding and Training: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing training resources to support their growth. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive work environment and addressing concerns to improve employee retention and satisfaction. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are consistently applied and compliant with local laws, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies as needed. Event Participation: Represent OfficeSpace at job fairs and local events, strengthening our employer brand and establishing connections with potential candidates. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and performance management. The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required: 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruiting and employee relations. Experience in the technology or SaaS industry preferred. Knowledge of Costa Rican employment law and HR best practices. Knowledge of American and Canadian employment law and HR best practices preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
