We are looking a **Human Resources Manager Costa Rica** to join our HR team, reporting into our Global VP of Human Resources. This position will Partner with business leaders in the US and global locations to help shape new HR programs in CR and oversee all functional areas of HR to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.**ATL Mission**We believe there is a better way to bring products to market. ATL has operations in China, Costa Rica, Taiwan, UT-USA, plus remote staff in strategic global locations... and we're growing!**Responsibilities**:General- Oversee all day-to-day functions of the CR HR functions and manage CR HR employees- Provide timely HR metrics to track regular HR activity and provide visibility for strategic alignment with the company goals and objectives.- Participate and assist with annual budgetary process and submit monthly department expenditures.- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.- Acts as Coach for all other Departments' Managers in aspects related with performance management, recruitment, and talent development.- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.Regulation & Compliance- Perform annual audits as well as required government reporting as applicable- Create and maintain company policies and handbook. Advise, communicate and educate employees and department managers of company policies to ensure legal compliance- Advises employees and managers on employee relations or legal issues and compliance- Set-up and maintains the HRIS to meet company needs and legal requirements.- Ensures HR related compliance with ISO 13485, MD-SAP, FDA Title 21 CFR, and EU-MDREmployee Relations- Advises employees and managers on employee relations issues and resolve employee grievances.- Work with managers to discuss performance issues and advise managers on effective disciplinary actions and/or termination of employees.- Manage Rewards & Recognition as well as Employee Engagement programs.Talent Management- Oversee all CR recruiting efforts including job requirements, description and compensation for all positions.- Oversees the onboarding processes and facilitates training on HR programs for employees.- Manages employee performance program and check in process.- Administer Manager and Employee training including Talent Calibration discussions.Payroll & Benefits- Administers Payroll for the CR facilities, ensuring legal compliance with applicable HR and payroll laws.- Manage and administer employee benefit(s) programs including plan design, annual benefits renewal and open enrollment.- Manage the Bonus and Commission programs and ensure regular timely payout.Other- Facilitate and oversee company events such as Founders Day, Summer Party, Holiday Festivities, etc.- Oversee various committees such as Wellness, Cultural and Safety committees.- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**Education & Experience Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or closely related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
