**The KYC Application Support Analyst **is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology teams.****Responsibilities**:- ** Analyze Citi KYC incidents and requests raised by users and work tech support teams until issues are resolved**:- ** Act as Citi KYC SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members**:- ** Validate data patches developed and deployed by technology teams**:- ** Responsible for various aspects of risk and control, include but are not limited to Information Security, Continuation of Business and Records Management**:- ** Conduct analysis of risk and associated controls to identify root cause and collaborate with peers and management to report findings with solutions to mitigate risk/control issues**:- ** Provide support to business managers and product staff**:- ** Partner with peers and management on various activities, including developing and executing business plans within area of responsibility, developing compliance guidelines and completing monthly, quarterly, and other periodic risk & control reporting to be used for various forums**:- ** Interface with Internal Audit (IA) and external audit to provide input on situations that create risk and legal liabilities for Citi**:- ** Oversee situations that create risk and legal liabilities for Citi**:- ** Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.**:- **Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.**:**Qualifications**:- ** 2-5 years of relevant experiencein internal control functions within the U.S.; particularly in AML/KYC, Operational Risk, legal or other control-related function in the financial services industry**:- ** Experience in data analysis with **intermediate/advanced** Microsoft Office Suite skills**:- ** Knowledge of reporting tools and ServiceNow**:- ** Proven ability to work and partner with remote teams from different cultures and backgrounds**:- ** Proven ability to make effective and timely decisions**:- ** Consistently able to anticipate and respond to customer/business needs**:- ** Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication**:- ** Consistently passionate for research, ideation and exploration with understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts**:**Education**:- ** Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience**:- **Job Family Group**:Compliance and Control- **Job Family**:Business KYC- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
