Additionally, to ensure that non-conforming materials handling are following internal Coloplast requirements.Major areas of responsabilityA) Incoming raw materials / intermediatesSampling, testing of all incoming raw materials and intermediates and compliance to the specificationsRelease/Reject the incoming raw materials and intermediates by the relevant specifications (SiC) (check the CoA / CoC or testing) and document and archiving of the resultsCollaboration with local Supplier Quality Engineer with regards to material issues, samplings, testingDaily contact with warehouse; handling of the raw materials arrived with any damaged conditionsB) Raw materials / intermediates under quarantineTransferring, booking (in E1) the non-conforming raw materials by the corporate and local instructionsHandling the scrap raw materials (E1 / TW / physical scraping) by valid instructionsStore and maintain the materials on defined quarantine locations incompliance with non-conformity management and warehouse instructionsUp to date reports about the defined quarantine locations, regular stock takes of the quarantine locationsC) Expired raw materials / intermediatesInitiate request for prolongation, make or order tests, document the results and decision in the systems by the relevant Coloplast instructions.
