The MPE (Manufacturing Product Engineering) Roadmap Planning and Operations organization is in charge of defining the overall capacity workload for the resources of the organization either on headcount, or hardware resources; and the overall budget administration and control processes by defining the mechanisms to track actuals vs forecast vs progress against budget for the readiness of the programs.
In this position the person will be in charge of defining and owning one of the above mentioned processes and applying industrial engineering knowledge to improving the efficiency of the overall MPE organization.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors or Higher Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar college degree.
- 3+ months of experience in capacity planning, supply chain management and/ or capacity scheduling.
- Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product development engineering and/or backend test equipment and process knowledge.

- Strong communication skills: job requires clear communication and information sharing with senior management and finance
- Strong problem solving and process orientation to define and set the right systems for a maximum efficiency of MPE resources
- Able to multitask and prioritize activities in a highly volatile environment
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills to drive the right decision making
