Infrastructure Engineer

**Responsibilities**:- Provide expert-level support and maintenance for our Windows desktop and server environments, including MacOS- Support our LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, Microsoft HyperV, Azure AD, Office/365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, and PowerShell- Implement and administer Microsoft cloud services and products (O365, D365, Azure, etc)- Develop and implement cybersecurity best practices and handle incidents- Develop and maintain ITIL framework policies and procedures**Requirements**:- Fully bilingual- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail- 5+ years experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments (MacOS a plus)- 5+ years experience supporting LAN/WAN, firewalls, Microsoft HyperV, Azure AD, Office/365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, PowerShell- 5+ years experience implementing and administering Microsoft cloud services and products (O365, D365, Azure, etc)- Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity best practices and incident handling (certification a plus)- Knowledge and experience with ITIL framework (certification a plus)- Ability to travel to the US
