**_What Engineering Program/Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health_**Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.The Project Engineer will work on the creation of validation protocols and reports, execution of validation activities (FAT-SAT, Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications, Performance Qualifications Engineering studies, etc) critical documentation activities as BOMs creation for all SCD product family, First Article Inspection coordination, proof revision, process procedures and DHR/eDHR creation, packaging changes, artwork revision, and other project critical activities.**_Qualifications_**- ** 2-4 years of experience in project and process validation protocols.**:- ** BA, BS in Engineering**:- ** Advance proficiency in English**:- ** Experience and understanding of validation protocols**:- ** Excellent ability to work cross-functionally**:- ** Medical device experience**:- **Project coordination experience is highly desired**:- ** PMP/PMI certification is a plus**:**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve- Applies judgment within defined parameters- Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects- Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy- Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
