About the role
To develop competence in strategic and/or operational work while performing in a professional work situation with emphasis placed upon training and development, and to expand professional preparation experiences far beyond the potential inherent in classroom and laboratory activities. Each internship is unique, based on matching the educational and career objectives of the student to the activities of a particular functional area and its specific needs. The internship will, in most cases, focus on a major project for the entire period. Interns are expected to learn from the experience as well as contribute to BSCs goals.
Your responsibilities include:
:Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
:Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation.
:Executes the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
:Ensures proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements. (e.g., BOMs, Routers, FMEAs, etc.)
:Develops qualified production lines.
:Additional Duties:
:Oversees development builds associated with the project using special work requests.
:Writes validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
:Prepares and presents technical data and recommendations at technical reviews.
:Provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package.
:Contributes ideas to or generates Intellectual Property submissions.
:Trains and/or provides work direction to technicians and may train manufacturing personnel when required as part of a validation.
:May serve as core team member or extended team member on new product projects.
What were looking for
:English level: 70 or above.
:Bachelor:Licenciature: Electric engineering, Electronic,Mechanical, Industrial and Engineering or related field
:At least 80 of studies completed.
:Active student certification.
:Availability of 38:40 in situ.
