But don't just take our word for it: we've been voted top place to work and recognized by Investors In People, Flexjobs and Forbes.In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of appropriate staffing levels and availability of resources to achieve desired service levels.**A snapshot of this opportunity**- Analyze and fully documents requirements- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analyses for recommendations- Monitor results versus expectations and manage expectations- Take initiative to identify opportunities to provide consultation to the customer- Share knowledge, explain options, and bring experts to provide guidance- Discover opportunities to provide value add through consultation- Partner with appropriate resources to provide requirements, definitions, calculations, and design recommendations for real time and historical reporting- Complete root-cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for scheduling inefficiencies- Provide "what-if" analysis and recommendations regarding impacts on service levels- Maintain time tracking and other administrative requirements- Maintain documents posted on internal public sites for the highest level of accuracy and relevance- Maintain internal product documents for the highest level of accuracy and relevance**How you can set yourself apart**- Experience functioning in high stress situations- Demonstrated competency in MS Excel- Excellent time-management and organization skills- Knowledge in GDS Sabre, Apollo**What we offer you**At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
