Invoice Reco Analyst

Job Description Areas of focus will be managing the billing process for clients' TV and Radio media campaigns. Responsibilities will include:Managing, tracking TV/RD authorized budgetsCollaborating with vendors in securing timely receipt of media company invoicesReconciling vendor invoices based on approved budgets within our media system (Media Ocean)Identifying and requesting revised invoices from vendors where discrepancies exist (in conjunction with Investment team)Ensuring invoices are compliant with billing instructionsQualificationsSkills best suited for this position include:General comfort with accounting and bill/pay proceduresAbility to use web-based applications for tracking and reportingAbility to work collaboratively across all client groups and management levelsDetail orientationProficient in Excel
