**Objective**:- Execute and promote the quality management system, ensuring cross-functional alignment, process excellence and performance improvement, allowing DGF to be more efficient and effective.- Ensure the sustainability of IT services for the continuity of operations.- Promote digitization within the organization and ensure the proper execution of global strategies locally.- Ensure the correct use of resources to support the operation in different aspects: training in the use of tools, improving productivity through digitization and performing digitization with clients at all levels.- Guarantee an effective leadership model, balancing the scope of results and the generation of commitment in the team in charge, according to the Leadership Attributes model.**Responsibilities**:- Plan, organize and direct an effective and efficient structure aimed at generating impact on the business.- Provide a culture of quality, excellence in processes, digitization and continuous improvement.- Identify improvements based on root cause findings and the type of relevant incidents and reports from parties.- Promote First Choice, continuous improvement and digitization in functions and processes to ensure prompt satisfaction of internal and external customer requirements.- Correctly implement client businesses to meet their needs, including legal, fiscal, process and technological needs.- Ensure the implementation of new business won locally (BC clients and High Value Targets) and global clients (CSI and MNC) on time and with quality according to the defined processes.- Ensure the adherence of the different functions to the quality system (IMS) to continue with the ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 quality certifications and follow up on the GoGreen program.- Effectively manage the complaints system for the correct response to customers, through improvement actions.- Support the management of indicators and generation of reports as well as the use of the FRP/Station Metrics platform for the organization.- Ensure the alignment, clarity and direction of the team in charge.- Ensure the alignment and administration of the portfolio of local projects and initiatives with the regional and global offices.- Ensure the proper functioning of IT services associated with Telecommunications, Infrastructure and End User Services.- Manage the IT&BPO providers that provide services for DHL from their contracting, monitoring and evaluation of established SLAs.- Administration and execution of the Assigned IT Budget.- Construction of BCAs necessary for the execution of projects. Which should bring returns on investment.Work with the business and its team in the process of prioritizing projects and initiatives to reach a joint agreement.Follow up and work with the business to achieve the established goals regarding Best Practices in the different tools that are implemented, thus achieving the best use of technology.- Influence and create synergies with the management team to achieve the best results in terms of digitization and continuous improvement.- Effectively manage all processes related to performance, talent development, commitment and leadership towards its direct and functional team**Requirements**:- Computer or Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, Transportation or related career.- Minimum experience of 5 years in the Freight Forwarding industry- Knowledge of Digitization strategies, new technologies, process improvement and quality systems.- Knowledge in logistics, international transport, foreign trade that allow you to support the different business areas.- Advanced English- Advanced MS Office- Project Management Methodologies
