Responsibilities
InstallingmaintainingAdministering software on Unix Linux, Windows, Windows server, and recovery procedures
Provide support to employees computer related issues
Monitorstroubleshoots issues with production web infrastructure
Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining cloud infrastructure systems
Create documentation for new procedures and systems
Conducting postincident reviews
Fixing support escalation issues
Requirements
Strong experience with
End user support
2 years experience with systemslevel technologies Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, Chef, monitoring, etc.
2 years experience cloudbased infrastructure on AWS with technologies AWS Cloud Services, AWS Security Group, AWS IAM Role, etc.
Experience with developing continuous deployment pipelines with tools e.g. Jenkins, Python, etc.
Experience creatingmodifying Bash scripts
Experiencefamiliarity with open source monitoring tools GrafanaInflux, Kibana
Experience with virtualization tools like VMware and KVM
Experience with network protocols as OSPF, GRE, IPsec, Spanning Tree
Ability to
Learn new technologies quickly and effectively
Plan, organize, and document the design of infrastructure systems
Perform multiple tasks concurrently
Respond to emergency situations effectively
