**TITLE**: Global Supply Chain Platform Designer***:The Global Supply Chain Platform Designer will join our Supply Chain Strategy and Integration team and play a critical role in configuring and maintaining our key systems. This position will be responsible for customizing, designing, and supporting our Supply Chain Systems, CRM, ERP, and other SaaS platforms. Responsible for the end-product design, function and moves the design into a custom configured solution and tests the set-up and prepares it for customer UAT and provides general maintenance to system.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Understand end-to-end supply chain networks and ensure that they are fully supported by the technology platforms.- Convert concepts into a custom-configured solution, taking into account end-product design and functionality.- Configure products to properly facilitate new system implementations per company standards and procedures.- Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.- Support business analytics and reporting (BI) operations by creating reporting templates and visualizations to report back solutions to the business stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT systems are meeting business needs and requirements related to supply chain operations.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the digital transformation of the supply chain network.- Provide first level help-desk support to clients for system problems.- Additional duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field.- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.- Working knowledge of **SAP, Salesforce, and JIRA** is preferred.- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain networks is preferred- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.- Ability to work with and influence peers and management- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting**Salary**: ¢1,850,000.00 - ¢2,150,000.00 per month**Experience**:- SAP: 3 years (required)- JIRA: 3 years (required)- Salesforce: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Application Deadline: 28/07/2023
