It Project Manager

**Responsibilities**: Proactively manage and maintain Dynamics 365 production and non-production Discuss business requirements and make sure they are included in the project's Statement of Work, understanding the different areas involved. Leading project planning sessions. Coordinating technical, business and external resources. Managing project progress and adapt work as required. Ensuring projects meet deadlines. Managing relationships with clients, providers and stakeholders. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Participating in tender process i.e., design, submission and review. Designing risk mitigation plans. Review and manage project change requests and ensure all changes are approved and within scope. Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff. Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects and managing large and diverse teams**Requirements**: Bachelor degree or advanced student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge in ERP implementations and projects. Experience in cost and budget management. Experience and/or knowledge in resource management. Possess at least one of the following certifications: Project Manager Certification (PMP) and/or Prince2, CAPM, CSM, ACP, and/or Scrum Master. B1 driver's license and passport are mandatory. American Visa is desirable. Schedule availability and adaptability to constant change are essential.
