Resolve complex business and technical issues with acceptable short term and long-term solutions.- Define, test and document security policies to provide access of several manufacturing system including any impact on the operating systems.- Define, test, and document the strategy of data backup/recovery processes for the manufacturing systems.- Provide direct supervision of individuals including mentoring, performance management, and staffing decisions.- Set team, group or service objectives and ensure they align strictly with the global strategy and the IT- Determine and manage priorities, timelines and schedules. Define, test, and document a disaster recovery procedure for each manufacturing systems that is put into production.- Develop protocols, test cases, and procedures for the validation of manufacturing systems as required.- Develop project plan for several medium projects.- Provide support to clients and for their inquiries related to LAN automated manufacturing processes.- Observes all company and regulatory EHS requirements.- Observe data privacy and confidentiality rules at all time- Provide guidance in the implementation of IT Technical projects and installation of end-user computer requirements.- Participate in the research, analysis, selection, and implementation of new tools, technologies and/or services**Knowledge**Project Management and Digital transformation experience.- Industry 4.0 experience and collaboration with Engineering Projects- Working experience in the installation, administration a, and fine-tuning on two or more of the following manufacturing systems: Shop Floor, MRP, PDM, LIMS MES, etc.- Overall knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts- Ability to work with multiple priorities while having good organizational skills. Knowledge in one or more of the following SQL engines: Oracle, MS SQL, and/or IBM DB2. Strong knowledge of project development/implementation processes.- Business acumen. Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills. Strong influencing skills. Proven track record on delivering projects.- Experience in the implementation, and administration of any of the following manufacturing systems: MES, SCADA, and ERP.**Competences/ Skills**- Ability to lead, coach motivate, inspire and influence.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong hands-on technical abilities in infrastructure and IT services.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.- Relevant work experience 10+ years of systems experience including 7+ years of leadership.- Fully Bilingual (Spanish/ English).- Preferred with Master in Business Administration, or APIC-CPIM certificate or Six SigmaCertification - Green belt.**Desirable**- Project or team leaders hip required.
