The Role You Play You'll tackle a dynamic role providing technical and functional support for diverse applications, including Atlassian, PPM, CRM, and more. You'll also contribute to development, maintenance, and customization to ensure these applications seamlessly support our business. This role demands your collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with both technical and business teams, and your communication skills as you directly interact with users to implement new features and resolve issues. Your main responsibilities will be Provide techno-functional aid for Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Confluence, plugins) Develop/enhance application related components and utilities using low code development platforms, Java, .Net, JavaScript, etc. Involve in creation/maintenance of database level stored procedures, triggers, functions, packages and use/understand complex SQL statements. Monitor applications/database components for errors/performance issues and take corrective actions. Report /escalate critical issues with manager and other teams. Troubleshoot application related and Operating system related issues by checking error logs, event logs. Work cross functionally with upstream / downstream applications, coordinate with multiple teams, follow-up and fix integration related issues. Examine performance issues, fix bugs and troubleshoot problems. Identify root cause and recommend permanent fix. Learn new technologies / products in a short span of time, adapt to the new environment and provide efficient assistance. Maintain and regularly update all application related technical, backing and knowledge documentation. Researching emerging technologies and possible application to the project/program. Recommend products, innovations, and process changes to improve the quality of service. What you bring 1+ years of experience in using and administering Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Confluence, plugins) 1+ years of experience being a part of a development/support team, taking ownership of multiple applications/portfolios in an ADM engagement. Ability to learn any new technologies / products in a short span of time, adapt to the new environment and provide efficient assistance. 1+ years of experience in developing/assisting windows/web-based applications. 1 + years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft technologies, JAVA, JavaScript. 1+ years of experience using Oracle, SQL Server databases (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Packages, SSIS, SSRS. and other database concepts) Very good logic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge in web technologies (html, CSS), server, APIs Excellent oral and written communication skill Ability to create and maintain user guides and other technical documents. Development experience using Unix/ Linux / Shell scripting/ PERL is a plus. Any knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts is a plus. Experience with IBM technologies is a plus.
