He/she is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the Corporate Affairs and Digital Marketing teams with a specific focus on marketing automation activities.**What you will do**:- Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders- Responsible for soliciting and documenting features, functional requirements, and user stories as part of projects and enhancements, and ensuring quality delivery through other IT partners including third party- Document test cases and perform or manage End to End or User Acceptance Testing in partnership with testing Center of Excellence as applicable- Effectively leverage collaboration and planning tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) for documentation of requirements and test cases- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements- Define tangible, functional use cases that align desired technology output to objectives- Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and IT delivery or support teams- Manage minor and major enhancement initiatives launching key capabilities to the platform in a governed fashion- Expected to effectively collaborate in a global team environment**What you need**:- Bachelor's degree required- Bachelor's in business administration, Management of Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Information Systems (CIS or CS) preferred**Qualifications & experience**:- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required- Experience with process mapping and/or documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required- Ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required- Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC) and Agile Development methodologies is preferred**Physical & mental requirements**:- Demonstrated strong English communication and relationship skills- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Demonstrated curiosity and growth mindset- Demonstrated ability to partner with business representatives at all levels to identify needs, define and document requirements, and drive solutions- Experience in identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience- Demonstrated ability to document user, process, and functional specifications- Demonstrated ability to work in a global team environment**Know someone at Stryker?**:
