The incumbent facilitates requirements gathering, structures documentation and presents findings.This position contributes to IT deliverables and produces simple Agile IT work products. Typical tasks and work products include:- Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process.- Detailed interrogation of Product Owners needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.- Help perform functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades.- Perform system troubleshooting in a production support environment.- Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs).-- Assist in designing and formulating solutions.The position requires the following skills:- This position is an entry level position for a recent graduate.- The expected length of relevant prior experience beyond formal education is 0 to 3 years.- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and/or Finance.- Up to 3 years of hands-on IT/computing experience- Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non- technical team members.- Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- #LI-CM1
