Actively participate in regional meetings and projects such as testing of the new releases that will directly or indirectly impact to Air Logistics Staff. ** Your Responsibilities**:The main goal of this role is to solve tickets escalated by First Level Support, introduce and promote new functional ideas to the Global Airfreight Systems Team. Promote continues improvement projects and initiatives, also, optimize, simplify, or automate processes in order to minimize human errors.Expand usage of system functionalities and features by Introducing new functional ideas and driving sustainable process updates.
