Your Role This role provides support to the Quick Revenue Care Teams in tasks related to Data Accuracy analysis, correction & input in QuickTrac. Your Responsibilities + Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting and entering correct data.+ Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.+ Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.+ When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.+ Working on tasks which requires more time due to additional steps that needs to be checked and done.+ Daily communication with KN colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.+ Intermediate Excel level.+ Advanced English both on verbal and written.+ Good analytical and problem solving skills.+ Ability to work with demanding deadlines.+ Proven analytical and problem solving skills.+ Must be an empathic person.+ Ability to establish priorities.+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.+ Eager to challenges and learn a new process.+ Schedule flexibility.
