Your Role The Admin US team is responsible for opening customs declarations for our KN customers to give visibility of the imported goods. Your Responsibilities + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.+ Attend to training.+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.+ Good communications skills.+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.+ Achieve productivity and quality.The schedule we offer:Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) on-site Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.+ Intermediate/Advanced English level – written and oral.+ Intermediate Excel level.+ Typing skills (25wpm).+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.+ Team Player.
