If so, lets talk.**Your Role and Responsibilities**- Promote an awareness and adoption of knowledge sharing within IBM Consulting across IOTs.- Support key initiatives within Global Knowledge Services team to help enhance our collaborative and cognitive tools and processes.- Engages with project account teams/nominated PoCs to bridge the content gaps as identified by Knowledge Manager, Knowledge Lead and business leaders based on business priorities and existing content in Lighthouse.- Execute weekly reporting process and escalations to the Knowledge Lead is also responsible to ensure that content is promoted and packaged using the available tools and processes.- Utilize content nominations provided by Knowledge Lead to contact content owners to gather best of breed intellectual capital Updates Spaces page and Channels with acquired curated, quality, and nominated content, which must be agreed by the practice.- Engage with business content owners to ensure Spaces and Channels content is current, curated, high quality and reflects the latest business requirements in line KS GTP Strategy and the practice priority offerings.- Expedite and support the planned and scheduled Spaces, Channel and practice "activities" each month in line with the Spaces and business requirements via Practice Activity Plan.- Support the implementation of knowledge sharing health check recommendations.- Support the process to gather taxonomy updates on a quarterly basis. Communicates changes to Knowledge Manager.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Excellent oral and written communication skills (preferably in business and content writing) along stakeholder management.- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and consulting skills.- Self-starter and able to work independently from a remote location.- Problem solving skills - logical and analytical approach.- Proactive and self-motivated.- Ability to work under pressure, understand project deliverables and link them to the overall project objective.**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**- Graduate/post-graduate with experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications is desirable.- Exposure to Knowledge Sharing/Management is desirable.- Exposure to social media is desirable.- Good Knowledge of MS Office.**About Business Unit**IBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
