Formerly Western Union Business Solutions, we leverage decades of industry experience and technology-led payments solutions to deliver smarter money movements to our customers - helping them capture more value with every transaction.Convera serves more than 30,000 customers ranging from small business owners to enterprise treasurers to educational institutions to financial institutions to law firms to NGOs.**Your role**You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day team operations ensuring achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and high quality service of customer transactions.Your duties will include the following:- First point of referral for consultation, advice and shared learning within the team.- Tracks and reports on daily/monthly payment activity.- Regular review of processes and departmental structure and planning to accommodate the future growth of business.- Conduct regular team meetings, maintains and improves motivation of all team members.- Develops and maintains effective training plans to ensure continuity of service levels and regulatory requirements.- Responsible for supporting the onboarding of new team members.- Contributes to daily processing of a large volume of electronic payments and conducts banking investigations related to transaction processing.You'll ideally have the following:- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience within the financial services or payments industry.- Previous supervisory experience preferred.- Proven track record of moderately complex problem solving and decision making ability.- Strong communication skills.- Fluency in English is mandatory.**Join us, and let's move money simply, securely, smartly****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: ¢13,500,000.00 - ¢23,000,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):- Do you have KYC experience?
