Requeriments:
- 3+ years of experience in L2 support, incident, problem and knowledge management
- Bachelor?s degree in systems engineering or similar.
-English required
- Proficient in MS Windows Server and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with product qualification/validation through some sort of testing.
-Troubleshooting and configuration of a wide variety of systems and technologies, patches qualification and installation, reboots, downtime coordination, application upgrades, tasks automation.

Desired:
- Industrial Control Systems/SCADA application support experience
- IBM BigFix knowledge and Fixlet development skills.
- McAfee Product Suite and ePO management knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps concepts and practices
- Experience working in a follow-the-sun or multiple geos support model.
