La Costing Analyst

**Job Description**:Job summary:Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Landing cost record and booking- Account reconciliation forinventory- Journal entries booking- Month End Close processes- Gross Margin revision- Audit requests- Other cost and inventory requestsQualifications/Requirements:- Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent- A problem solver with a client service and quality oriented mindset- Excellent communication skills- Between 1-2 years of continuous experience in Accounting area- Team oriented person who can focus on the details- Knowledge proficient in Microsoft Excel- Attention to detail skills- Customer focused and quality oriented mindset- Excellent communication skills- Adaptable to different circumstances, and dealing with ambiguity skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Preferred experience working within Service Center environment with direct experience with GL, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and/or Inter-Company- Working knowledge of AS400 and/or SAP- Prior process migration experienceSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
