LAO Retail Execution AnalystAt Kimberly-Clark we are looking for a **LAO Retail Execution Analyst**. **The person will be leading and aligning DPSM processes in each country of LAO.**Accountabilities**- Responsible to leading and align DPSM processes in each country of LAO.- Develop Retail Execution Culture and Capabilities projects to support Sales Team and Commercial Excellence- Develop PowerBI SFA / Retail Execution report templates with a continuous improvement mindset- Leading the POS data analysis to identify opportunities (market trends, competition activities, distribution metrics) to support the LAO Trade Marketing Leaders.- Support Shopper & Retail Execution leaders in the development of materials and framework for the Picture of Succes.- Lead the regional Golden Cup Commercial Excellence incentive: agency management, regional launch, annual communication plan.- Effectively partner with the local Business Intelligence Teams and Retail Executions Teams to ensure alignment with In-Store Execution initiatives.- Leading the process to build a DPSM /Picture of Success culture were markets use this program as a source of business opportunities- Design and Develop new dashboards and analytics solutions in Power BI track the DPSM KPI´s to help the commercial team to achieve their targets- Identify and leads the solution of technical issues of the DPSM Platform- Identify GAPs and opportunities in local markets through the DPSM platforms**Requeriments**- Professional and degree qualification (Business administration / Engineering)- Minimum 3 years of business experience- Fluent in English - Required- Highly motivated individual or is a self-starter and takes ownership of projects and tasks.- "Hands on" experience leading and supporting multiple projects- Planning and Execution skills related to Trade Marketing or Commercial Teams- Business analysis skills**Global VISA and Relocation Specifications**: No relocation will be provided for this position**Primary Location**: Costa Rica - San Jose**Additional Locations**:**Worker Type**: Employee**Worker Sub-Type**: Regular**Time Type**: Full time
