The person in this role is responsible for being the first escalation point of contact for internal and external customers and tracking, evaluating, and correcting the operational performance of the RTR team.- Manage analysis of balance sheet and P&L transactions.- Approve Account Reconciliations and journal entries- Working closely with Supervisor and Associate manager to drive process improvement- Strive for cross-functional alignment to achieve End-To-End Process Harmonization- Monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness- Maintain business partnerships with other client departments, locations and regions, and internal customers/suppliers.- Support the accountants and senior accountants' positions in the team by promoting a team environment and providing work direction and guidance.- Complete special projects as assigned.**What you need****Education & special training**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance- Proficiency in the English language- Computer Literacy: MS Office, particularly Excel- ERP System (SAP, Oracle or QAD)**Qualifications & experience**:- 4-5 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in a matrixed international company (preferably an American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems- Experience of working in a shared service center across a global /large organization will be an added advantage**Physical & mental requirements**:- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task- Versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, an excellent communicator and collaborator- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to meet commitments within strict deadlines- Effective problem-solving skills**Know someone at Stryker?**:**About Stryker**:Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
