Ensure the correct use of service levels and carriers.- Communicate deviations to all parties involved.- Provide recommendations to applicants on the best transportation options and service levels.- Answer all queries from internal and external stakeholders.- Monitor and provide status and solutions.- Ensure and follow up carriers so that PODs are transmitted to the system on time.- Direct the execution of requests for "special" deliveries to clients, keep stakeholders informed.- Management and planning of carrier capacity and communication with stakeholders.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain or Customs.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, International Transport or Supply Chain.- English language from B2 to C1.- Intermediate - advanced management of databases, Microsoft Office 365 and Power BI.
