Logistics Assistant- On Site

***Credito Real USA Finance is one of the nation's top automobile loan providers and we are searching for a **Logistics &** **Remarketing Assistant** to be responsible for performing administrative duties related to the remarketing of repossessions etc. This position requires your presents in our San Jose/Santa Ana area office Monday - Friday.**WHAT YOU' LL BE DOING**- Arrange transport to auction.- Administer title processes and follow-up as needed, including obtaining repossession titles.- Auction communication for reconditioning.- Clearing units for sale once title is received and reconditioning is completed.- Rapping the units during live sales, (remotely for now as our volume is spread out).- Handling arbitration issues.- Closing out payments and chasing receivables from the auctions when applicable.- Working with recovery/servicing team for customer redemptions.**REQUIREMENTS**:- High school diploma or equivalent- Experience in financial services or similar industry, specific to Remarketing a plus- Ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions- Basic understanding of finance/lending; experience in Remarketing inventory management a plus- Proficient verbal and written communication skills- Able to work well under pressure and continue to complete daily or regular tasks consistently- Excellent customer service skills- Strong English skillsPay : $1,400/month
