You must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Registered student in one of the following areas: Engineering, or Business Administration with at least 2 years of studies ahead.
? Student Worker program requires to enroll at least 3 courses (9 credits, it may differ for Lic or master's students) and maintain a GPA of 8 (out of 10), once hired.
? Costa Rica work permit.
