Today, we have hundreds of brands that continue to grow, such as Fanta, Sprite, Aquarius, Fuze and more!You will be part of this growth as **Manager Communications Central** to lead and strengthen the reputation of The Coca-Cola Company and its brands in Central Zone with a focus on national and regional media, local government and non-governmental organizations, pressure groups and employees.**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:**- Lead Central Zone´s leadership communications implementation strategy to protect and promote our business, to gain control of the health-related debate and to help build and activate a third-party advocacy network.- Lead 360-degree communications campaigns and the coalitions' building strategy.- Gain the goodwill of key stakeholders, influencing positive agenda setting around relevant business issues and increasing the Company's reputation, as well as brands and categories positive positioning, especially among opinion elites/shapers.- Develop presentations, letters and speeches for the leadership team operating in Central Zone. Ensure key business messages and business success/best practice stories are delivered timely.- Provide strategic leadership to the Bottler´s Communications Teams focused to enhance our business reputation, further our growth and maximize our joint influence in our business environment.- Build and manage relationship with media outlets in Central Zone countries to maintain positive share of voice and media sentiment to continuously shape and manage the business reputational and positive impact scores (Traditional and Social Media)- Coordinate with OU LATAM the internal communications strategy to develop and adapt for Central Zone- Design and implement in coordination with OU LATAM contingency and crisis management plans to anticipate solutions and protect the business in the country.**Education Requirements**:- University degree, preferably in Journalism, Literature, Languages or Arts.- 8-10 years of corporate communications experience- Additional media/journalism background desired.- Professional writing & communications skills.- Strategic and digital thinking- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to interact with senior Associates within the business with clarity and confidence.- Working knowledge of the national/regional media scene as well as a sound understanding of business economics.**Related Work Experience**:- **Mastery of (required)**:- proficiency in communications- Collaborative, network-oriented mindset- experience in managing media, including critical and social media- excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communications skills- strong ability to work agilely in different teams, both inside & outside of the system**Broad expertise in (good to have)**:- experience in strategic communication plans including social media- experience in public policy, digital or social media, brand and sustainability communications- demonstrated experience in driving agreement within an organization- speechwriting and social media skills- experience in storytelling**Functional Skills**:- Lead and guide the development and implementation of external and internal communications plans that advance awareness of the company's business strategy and impact.The role is focused on external/internal and brand communications.- The position involves influencing and negotiating with others.- The role includes working with external and internal parties who have differing or opposing interests.**What you will find working here**:**Iconic and Innovative Brands**: Our portfolio represents over 250 products featuring some of the world's most popular brands including Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade and more!**Global Connections**: Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to act faster and learn from people all over the world.**Driven by Purpose**: A purpose-centric approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and the communities we serve, while providing safe, quality products.**Belonging to a Community**: We are an Organization that believes in our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, allowing everyone to bring their best to work.**Skills**Leadership Communication; External Communication; Communication Campaig
