About the Role

:Coordinate timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment directly related to the productive process of Boston Scientificn++s Site in Costa Rica, including but not limited to: Documentation, Training, Regulatory Affairs, Maintenance Effectiveness, and others.

Youre Responsibilities Include

:Primary Responsibilities / Position Authorities:
:Manage company resources in order for Maintenance Management to be effective, minimizing the impact of down time in production due to functioning problems of equipment related with the productive process.
:Oversee proper compliance with his/her arean++s budget.
:Define the departmentn++s policies and objectives.
:Educate and promote World:Class practices.
:Encourage the development of new technology within processes.
:Additional Responsibilites:
:Facilitate company efforts oriented towards continuous improvement of productive processes.
:Facilitate company efforts oriented towards continuous improvement of productive processes.
:Support the transfer process of processes, equipment, products, etc.
:Support EHS Management.
