About the Role:
:a name_MailAutoSig:Provide vision and leadership as giving direction to strategic projects with significant impact within the corporation. Lead a projectized cross:functional team made up of representatives from Engineering, Materials, Quality, Finance, etc...to deliver a project portfolio to consistently and significantly reduce product cost year over year.:a name_MailAutoSig:
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Lead the Strategic Projects team and make sure that it is compliant to all external regulations (p.e. Quality, 404/SOX), trainings requirements and internal policies
:Managing day:to:day operations of the projects, provide resources and remove roadblocks
:Prioritizing project tasks and develop timelines
:Creating and managing budget for the projects and portfolio (OPEX + CAPEX)
:Define and maintain project and portfolio scope
:Monitor and report on project results (regarding all quality, leadtime, financial and other applicable goals)
:Ensure innovative solutions are defined to address cost opportunities at the site level and eliminate waste
:Challenge the status quo looking for the best way to reduce cost without jeopardizing quality or service
What Were Looking For:
:Licenciature degree in Engineering, Administration or Field Related. Master Degree in PM or equivalent, PMI certified PM.
:Proven experience managing projects, programs and/or portofolios and leading teams as well
:English Level required: C2:
:Desired knowledge: Risk Management/ Risk Mitigation, Program Management, External Regulations (p.e. Quality, Systems) Master Degree in PM or equivalent, PMI certified PM, Multifunctional experience, Budgeting,Triple Restriction Management.
:Soft Skills: Innovation, Continiuous Improvement, Strategic Thinking, Result Oriented, Financial Acumen, Collaboration, Planning and Excecution, Influence, Relationship Building.
:At least 7 years of experience in similar position.
