Edwards is seeking a Manager, Project Management focused on the Scrum Master Role. As a part of the Global IT Organization, you will lead up to 4 scrum teams delivering value to our internal customers. As the Scrum Team lead, you will work with the Scrum team as its servant leader by ensuring impediments are addressed and mitigated promptly.Innovation starts from the heart. As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.This role initiates, plans, executes, controls and manages all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success.**You will make an impact by**:- Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project risk- Determine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes- Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations- Actively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities- Assess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders- Establish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external.- Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvement- Other incidental duties**What you'll need (required)**:- Bachelor's Degree in related field- 8 years -hands on experience managing projects of increasing complexity Required- Extensive knowledge with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master)- Proficient in English C1 level**What else we look for (preferred)**:- Great Leadership skills- Work well under pressure with differing levels of management- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not- Ability to work with and lead a team- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills- Ability to adapt to a changing environment, resilient.- Ability to work across all levels and business units of an organization and with diverse team members- Experience working in Jira.- Customer Service Focused - the ability to deliver sustained high performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.- Analytical thinker, Metrics Driven- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent analytical ability- Maintain confidentiality and communications.- Certified Scrum Master is desired.- Prior experience leading a scrum team- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
