This position includes other responsibilities like monitoring performance, reporting status, implementing improvements, ensuring quality, managing quality and quantity of employee productivity. Additionally, the Manager may supervise, direct and develop a team of File Clerks, Specialists or Group Managers.**Responsibilities**- Develop more cost-effective processes, reduce waste while also increasing productivity. Highlight process and task simplification opportunities- Ensure appropriate staffing by recruiting, selecting, training / orienting team- Communicate job expectations, plan work, monitor and appraise results and establish priorities- Ensure employees achieve business goals and agreed development goals- Maintains professional and technical knowledge- Management of direct reports- Manage Operations activities to ensure business goals are achieved. Included Project Management and Continuous Improvement**Requirements**:- English B2+ (Fluent)- +5 years of experience in Operations Management, or related field- Project management and continuous improvement previous experience- Proficiency with MS Office- Preferred +5 years of experience in Legal Collections Operations Management, or related field. Advanced Proficiency with MS Office.
