This is a role where marketing and technology meet to have a unique experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.**Role Responsibilities**- Analyzing Account Payout Network competitive landscape, product capabilities, identifying product gaps and opportunities and improvement strategy- Planning, orchestrating, and driving the implementation of key projects which enhance service quality and deliver transformative changes.- Post project release, you will compile relevant reports and post-rollout reviews to conduct and maintain a detailed product performance review and its possible improvements.- Working with external global partners mostly from Latin and Central America, and cross-functional internal teams from India, US, Costa Rica, and Lithuania.**Role Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in communications, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field of studies.- Both English and Spanish communication and presentation skills. Including experience translating technical terms to non-technical audiences and non-technical requirements to technical terms.- Proven experience managing projects in an agile and multicultural environment.- Proven sharp analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
