The role requires product knowledge, technical capabilities, and the capacity to influence critical stakeholders (internal and external) to enable solutions, launch use cases and optimize programs. As part of the Customer Solution Center, this position will also act as a Solution Specialist that contributes with Solutions Architect's led initiatives that develop "One Mastercard" value propositions to win customers.This role, as a Product expert, requires collaboration with the local teams and sales organization to identify improvement opportunities and remove roadblocks, both being crucial, as it will help the team achieve the desired outcomes and cement Mastercard's multi-rail positioning in the key markets.
