**About the Role**:As a member of Technical Services, this role will work closely with our customer-facing integrations teams. The manual integrations team works behind the scenes to enable the integration between PatientPop and the practice's EMR/PMS/Scheduling System. You will be logging into practices EMR systems and managing sharefile accounts to coordinate our reputation management service. The Technical Service teams work closely with practices to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and enable the integrated features of our platform by overcoming objections and obstacles without sacrificing customer satisfaction.Tech Support Coordinators work alongside the Technical Operation team to ensure the data integrity of our manually integrated accounts, working with our client-facing teams to identify any gaps in reporting or data to ensure our practices' continued success with our practice performance software.**Your Area of Focus**:- Learning a wide variety of EMR|PMS|Scheduling systems in order to navigate, create reports with patient contact information, appointment status and successfully export those files to upload into PatientPop's Practice portal- Identify and escalate issues that will prevent the success of our clients- Evaluate workflows, documentation and identify any opportunity to streamline processes and promote efficiency- Cultivate a deep & continuous understanding of PatientPop's manual Integration product to serve as a Subject Matter Expert to internal teams- Assist in achieving practice success metrics- Proactively identifying solutions to problems and resolutions to roadblocks- Follow best practices to create reporting and manage sensitive patient data- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail**Your Professional Qualifications**:- Experience working in a fast paced SAAS environment- Experience with Salesforce - navigating through Cases, Opportunities, Accounts, & Assets- 1-2 years of experience working with US based teams**About Tebra**:Kareo and PatientPop have joined forces to become Tebra, the digital backbone for practice well-being.
