Resolves production issues. Competent at implementing lean manufacturing processes.Leads process and equipment validations and qualifications.Investigate new suppliers and collaborates to develop new material or equipment needs.Supports the creation and execution of assigned project plans.Collaborates in preparation of cost analysis for new product expenditures. Adheres to finalized budgets.Investigates and proposes action plans in (FMEA) and root cause analysis.Performs as core team member on cross functional teams.
