Medtronic walks the walk, creating an inclusive culture where you can thrive.To learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at Medtronic Click Here**A Day in the Life**Medtronic Costa Rica, Zona Franca Coyol, tiene una gran oportunidad disponible para un Maquinista Nível I o Mecánico de Precisión.Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas.- Configura y maneja diversas máquinas herramienta, como tornos, fresadoras, mortajadoras, cepilladoras y rectificadoras de precisión, para fabricar piezas metálicas, mecanismos, herramientas o máquinas con tolerancias y dimensiones exactas.- Interpreta planos, bocetos y especificaciones de ingeniería; determina la secuencia de operaciones, el número de cortes necesarios y el método de preparación; utiliza diversas herramientas manuales de mecanizado e instrumentos de medición de precisión; realiza cálculos estándar de taller relacionados con las dimensiones del trabajo, las herramientas, los avances y las velocidades; mide, marca y traza dimensiones y puntos de referencia para preparar el material para el mecanizado; ajusta y monta piezas de precisión en equipos mecánicos y determina el material, las piezas y el equipo necesarios.- Puede modificar programas de control numérico en máquinas de control numérico (NC).- Trabajo en equipo con ingenieros, técnicos de mantenimiento, calidad y otros involucrados en el proceso.- Puede supervisar y verificar la calidad de acuerdo con el proceso estadístico u otros procedimientos de control.**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**- Requiere título de Bachillerato Bachillerato o Noveno grado.- Requiere título de Licenciatura en Mecánica de Precisión de un Colegio Técnico Profesional o INA.- Requiere al menos 6 meses a 1 año de experiência relevante o se prefiere tiempo como pasante en mecanizado de industria médica.- Disponibilidad en turno de día.- Dominio de la lectura de planos.- Experiência en taller mecánico Tornos, fresadoras manuales,maquinas CNC, rectificadora de superficies, comparador óptico.**Nice to Have**- Capacidad para trabajar con tolerancias de precisión.- Conocimiento/exposición a otros procesos de procesamiento de metales.**About Medtronic**Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
