Materialplanner

Responsabilidades Review, interpret and analyze materials requirements, identify actions and exception items, resolve exceptions. Data maintenance - entering and maintaining data in various purchasing, inventory and material systems. Purchase order maintenance, entering maintaining dates, quantities, prices, closing as complete, open pos follow-up, resolve vendor issues. Communications; attending and participating in meetings, contacting suppliers regarding order status, keeping team informed as to status and issues. Critical items follow-up; request of UPS or ASAP air shipments communicating with traffic and logistics to keep track of in transits while informing facilities. Respond to requests from the facilities related to raw materials. Ensure vendors are confirming all the PO received. Balance materials among facilities and review substitutes before ordering. Follow-up in all inventory reduction initiatives, excess and obsolete elimination. Support in the CPARS, buyer messages and new programs. Involvement in all activities involving materials being quality, engineering and process.Generalidades Procure and expedite raw materials / accessories on certain categories to achieve on time and continuity of supply to the production units eliminating interruptions in production floors while ensuring surplus materials are kept to a minimum. Make sure materials are in place in time for new programs and replenishment styles.**Requisitos**:Requerimentos 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Desirable experience in planning, inventory control and supply chain Analytical skills, good communicator, good personal relations, customer service, team work and proactive English written and verbal skills 80% minimum (B2+) Proficiency in Microsoft office GSMS, Global Code of Conduct and Lean Tools
