If you are a risk-taker and love to develop intrepid ideas, PGD is the place for you.We Move People, and People Move Us!**Job Description**:The (Media) Account Manager, L2 - Investment will focus on tactical planning and activation of media plans for leading CPG client to drive sales at retail.The Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a fast paced, high volume shopper commerce desk that will work cross-functionally with various internal and external teams.**Job responsibilities include**:Responsible for all Video Media Channels: Planning, Inventory/Budget Management and coordination of client deliverables. Knowledge of television and digital campaign fundamentals. Experience with MediaOcean media inventory system (Prisma & Spectra) a big plus.- Collaborate with Strategy counterparts to develop tactical plans; ensuring activation of experience plans aligned to strategic framework and business objectives.- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and collaborate across agency stakeholders to meet goals.- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners (agencies, vendor partners) and create opportunities for synergistic collaboration.- Ability to move quickly and think on his/her feet.- Passion for media innovation that delivers measurable business impact.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English (B2+)- Advanced Excel (conditional formatting, formulas (if, vlookups), pivot tables, other).- Traditional Media exposure/buying experience (exposure)This team member must feel comfortable with a high level of direct client contact, therefore, must have strong written and verbal communication skills.- This Associate position reports directly to a Supervisor, and a Senior Associate counter-part; and will work on a set list of retailers.- Critical to the position is the ability to manage multiple clients and AORs, as well as, recommend, execute, and report on a high level of digital campaigns (+50 per year).Additional InformationBeing part of PGD is an opportunity for professional growth, upskilling, and team building to rock the media globe.
