Messaging Engineer

The IT Support team and part of Global IT Infrastructure Operations is looking for a Messaging Engineer . Provide support and enhancements for the vast portfolio of existing Microsoft Exchange infrastructure and related technologies. This includes experience installing, migrating and administrating Exchange 2010 and higher, its messaging infrastructure, and all related tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
* Implement and configure/administer Exchange 2007/2010.
* On-call support for all Exchange & Lync Servers
* Proactive Server monitoring and intervention (disk space, capacity, etc.)
* Create/Update Operational Procedures
* Mail file management and support for purging, recovery, security, and troubleshooting
* Provide subject matter expertise regarding Exchange & Lync support/administration
* Operate Complete Messaging Environment
* Escalation support for all Exchange/Outlook/Lync client issues
* Provide cross training to front line support team
* Office Communicator & Lync Support (and all related technologies)
* Executive support for mail issues (and all related technologies)

Qualifications
* 1-3 years minimum experience supporting Microsoft Exchange in a high availability configuration and recent experience with Exchange 2010.
* Client-server background in a complex WAN environment.
* Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment supporting Active Directory and Network technologies.
* Experienced with PowerShell and Scripting.
* Troubleshooting 3rd-party applications as they integrate with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange (i.e. enterprise fax, voice, LDAP, email content filtering).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full command of the English language
