Make It Matter.**You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.The My Rewards Advisor, NA provides day-to-day support on the activities involving the delivery of services to Mondelez colleagues that are being handled by the Compensation Team, ensuring all compensation-related information is handled with the utmost confidential care. The Specialist supports a wide variety of processes by bringing expertise in managing topics like Salary Survey Administration, Job Evaluation Methodologies and Annual Compensation Programs. Additionally, the role is expected to be actively involved in Integrated Lean Six Sigma activities to drive efficiencies within the Compensation Team and positively impacting the Employee Services organization overall.**How you will contribute**You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.**Main responsabilities**'- Leverage Advance knowledge in Compensation Tools and recommend system improvements- Partners / collaborates with critical business stakeholders and key executives for continuous improvement initiatives with impact to some critical processes- Provide guidance on Compensation Policy and Year end processes/tools.- Work close/connect with other workstreams on cross function activities such as Incentive Verification,- Severance calculation, etc looking for excellence on delivering/implementation from E2E perspective.- Accountable for delivering the Equity Annual Vesting review and Incentive Risk Assessment.- Accountable for the record of evidences related to the Compensation's control point.- Generate simple to complex reports from Workday and provide analysis/trends- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders- Support the communication and roll out of global compensation programs- Support People Leads/W&L/TA Teams to ensure understanding of Salary Administration rules, as needed.- Accountable for the administration of non-union blue collar population, communicates to employee's manager, providing salary change letter as appropriate.- Performs the implementation of local and regional Compensation processes/programs such as Incentives, Salary increases, etc.- Analyzes issues and provide solution to the cases assigned to the Compensation Team via the case management system (Service Now).**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
