Make It Matter.**You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.**How you will contribute**You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Your specific process area- Working in a shared service organization- Being a good team player and influencing others- Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experienceMore about this role**Tasks**:- Receives and manages employee data maintenance requests such as employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for non-personal data, employee category change, pay/work schedules.- Termination processes, updates the employee profile on Workday as applicable.- Processes and seeks approval for Employee Life Events requests including short term disability, personal leave (paid and unpaid), performance rewards, severances, involuntary and voluntary separations; initiates payroll request and confirms payment when applicable.- Processes verification letters for third party vendors, government authorities and invitation letters for visa.- Compiles data on mass termination tracking for to meet geographic legislative and/or labor requirements.- Fulfills audit requests by providing Workday HR and Payroll data/transactions.- Updates cases in case management tool and information in Workday as needed.Skills & Experience:- Experience in Shared Service Environments (1-2 years)- Advanced English is required- Portuguese is requie- Experience in Managing HR systems (Workday, Service Now) is desirable- Experience of working with Workday or equivalent database is desirable- Ability to influence line managers and advocate for the right course of action- Ability to plan and manage a variety of people processes- Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes- Skilled with technology and technical tools (e.g. case management tool, HR databases)- Able to work under pressure and learn quickly**No Relocation support available**:**Business Unit Summary**:**WACAM is Mondelez International's Latin America presence with 1,700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
