You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Design & Managing Global large-scale network infrastructure services - LAN/WAN/WLAN & Network Security.- Service delivery, support, and excellence- Stakeholder management and influencing.- Support Global Data Centre Operations - on-prem & Cloud.- Collaboration with internal and external teams, leading when necessary.**More about this role****What you need to know about this position**:- Assessing new technologies and best practices for adoption including DATA, Cloud & Security.- Engaging with multiple stake holders for M&As activities- Engaging with internal and external teams for briefings, issue escalation, and complex solution development.- Develop strategy, technical direction, and engineering solutions for enterprise-wide data networking and data security services supporting key business requirements.- Lead the development and execution of Architecture, Engineering and Operational roadmaps for data networking, data security & Cloud services globally and drive efforts to validate that strategic direction is aligned with business architecture/direction.- Technical leadership for the establishment, and implementation of end-to-end network data and security infrastructure solutions utilizing new technologies, including Cloud, SDWAN & Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).- Clear and concise recommendations to remediate performance/scaling bottlenecks.- Escalation support for troubleshooting and resolution of all data network, Cloud and security issues as required by other infrastructure support teams.- Maintain expertise in data network, Cloud and network security technologies to ensure that cost-effective solutions and processes are deployed and aligned with business direction.- Participate in governance meetings with support partners to review delivery of services as per the agreed contractual obligations.- Processes Management- Ensures and promotes ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, Release management within IS and Service Providers.- Collaborates in Support Processes and Tools definition, implementation.- Collaboratively seeks Continuous Improvement, simplification, and harmonization of MDS processes across regions, ensuring benefits are delivered.- Communications Management.- Seeks regular feedback and interaction with Key CTO Stakeholders.- Collaborates with global teams.**Certifications**:- CCIE in Enterprise/DC/Security (Compulsory)- 15+ years of total experience in Data Networking, Data Security fields.- Deep understanding of Data Networking, Data Security.
