The Global Assignment Management team is responsible for ensuring that all analyst assignments are in compliance with all applicable regulation and policies including Analyst Rotation requirements globally. This includes review of all pending analyst assignments for compliance with applicable rules, execution of assignment changes, tracking of accrued time-on and cooling-off, reviewing activity of analysts on cooling-off for adherence to restrictions, and investigating and reporting potential cooling-off breaches.The Operations Analyst within the Global Assignment Management (GAM) team is responsible to own the end-to-end process and focused on processing analyst assignments globally.The individual will work closely with a variety of key business partners across the Moody's Investors Service organization and on a regular basis will:- Proactively finding opportunities to standardize business processes and enhance operational controls and efficiencies- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise on Analyst Assignments and Analyst Rotation well as applicable Policies, Procedures and Guidelines- Coordinate with the Rating Teams and other Moody's teams (e.g. Compliance, Moody's Investors Service Technology, Global Middle Office, etc.) to effectively resolve outstanding requests/inquiries- Carrying out analyst re-assignments, generating regulatory and management reporting and implement processes ensuring high level of accuracy- Support senior management by maintaining status reports; tracking issues, risks, and dependencies; generating performance measurements and being responsible for the content of Standard Operating Procedures, etc.- Provide business process training and build/update supporting content and training materials (e.g. Internal Handbook, Guidance documents, Trainings, Quick Reference Guides, Best Practices etc.)LI-Hybrid- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field- 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment is required- Experience in data entry roles, preferred- Previous experience in operational control, business processes and/or business analysis will be considered a plus- Demonstrated Analytical and problem solving skills- Ability to interact comfortably with different levels of management and articulate/present issues clearly and succinctly- Self-starter and teammate with ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple, challenging priorities- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to reach across organization to successfully resolve requests/inquiries- Highly organized and efficient, with an attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VBA)- Advanced PowerPoint and visualization skills a must- Experience with data entry systemsLI-RARegulatory Support & ControlsMoody's is an equal opportunity employer.
