P2P Senior Consultant

The successful candidate is an expert in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) business process and possesses a good understanding of project management. Main activities:

Manage the delivery of project management phases to properly implement the changes on the Purchase to Pay (P2P) business process.
Establishes business connections and support required to enhance end user acceptance and use of the applications achieving excellence in each deployment.
Controls the project’s success measures to ensure the quality on project delivery and project handover.
Controls the Project from Discovery through Hyper care to complete the changes on the Purchases Business Process.
Establishes and manages the Project Management documentation required to ensure that the controls and stewardship are been followed.
Coordinates interfaces with customers to have the appropriate knowledge in every project to guarantee all areas are been covered.
Evaluates, identifies and provides business transformation opportunities to guarantee process improvement in areas impacted.
Ensures new business requirements adhere to global solutions by aligning new requirements with clients to prevent gaps on the business process.
Identifies project needs including but not limited to Technical and Transactional work.
Lead project review meetings, mapping and matching sessions and final requirements reviews.
Coordinates and provides guidance to the business operations resource(s) to participate in training sessions, System Integration Test, Business Acceptance Test, Trial Cutover and Cutover.
Ensure that all test cases is reviewed with the Operation Expert and its success measures are identified and clear.
Provide the Operation Expert all master data required for testing within the project, and ensure that training is given for any new functionality.

Proficiency in English is a must. Candidates who can speak Portuguese along with English will be preferred.
The candidates should be open to travel to other locations in other countries as per project demands

Domain knowledge in Purchases
Prior experience in project management
Technical knowledge (SAP & other technologies) will be added advantage
