Partner Advisor

**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as Compliance queries and solutions, resolve data management cases, Contracts complex situations and non-standard cases.- Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.- Work with Partners located in AMS, provide guidance and great customer support for brand new accounts**Education & Experience** Recommended**- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.- Typically 4-6 years of experience in customer sucess, data management, team worker**Knowledge & Skills**- Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required, Portuguese is a plus- Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team- Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.- Project Management skills and customer relationship management- Power BI dashboard creation- Demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.- Ability to empathize with customers and tailor solutions to their unique requirements- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Complexity**- Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer
